• Wednesday May 16 - starts promptly at 3:00 pm
• Tuesday May 22 - starts promptly at 3:00 pm
• Wednesday May 23 - starts promptly at 3:00 pm
• Tuesday May 29 - starts promptly at 3:00 pm
• Wednesday May 30 - starts promptly at 3:00 pm

• Student transcript/student permanent record
• RISA attendance printout
• RESI printout
• HDSP printout
• Immunization
• IEP (if applicable)
